Use environment

Structural features


1. The basic frame of the switch cabinet is a combined assembly structure. The entire structure of the cabinet frame is fastened and connected by self-tapping screws, plus doors, partitions, sealing plates, brackets, bus bars, drawers and electrical components to form a complete set Switch cabinet. Because the original GCKI frame uses GF28 profile, the steel plate of this profile is relatively thin, and when the profile is galvanized, there are dead corners in the inner part, which greatly shortens the service life of the cabinet, and at the same time considers its overall structure. Our company boldly improved the standardization and other factors, using C-shaped special profiles, using 25mm as the modulus and bending of 2mm thick steel plate, plus all the use of strong self-tapping screws during assembly. 2. The switch cabinet adopts modular design, and the cabinet is divided into three areas. The top is the busbar area, the front is the electrical area, and the back is the cable outlet area. The electrical area and the cable area are separated by steel plates to ensure the normal operation of the line and effectively prevent the expansion of the fault. When the electrical components are pulled out of the cabinet, the cabinet All charged objects are not exposed, so it is safer and more reliable for users to use. For the feeder cabinet, the width of the cabinet is 600mm, and up to 9 or 18 feeder circuits can be installed. (18 feed circuits are only applicable to load units with a capacity of less than 63A)

5. The switch cabinet can be designed as a mixed type of fixed cabinet and drawer cabinet, or it can be a drawer type that not only retains the simplicity, practicality, and low price of fixed cabinets, but also has the advantages of small drawers, strong functions, and easy replacement.


6. In order to ensure the operating procedures and the personal safety of maintenance personnel, a mechanical interlocking mechanism is set in the switch cabinet, and a mechanical interlocking mechanism is set up for the drawer unit, the door and the main switch, making it more reliable to use.


7. The drawer height of the switchgear is divided into four standard sizes, namely: 1 unit/2, 1 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit, its structure is light and handy, it is easy to assemble, the layout is reasonable, and it has three positions for working, testing and isolation.


8. The N and PE wires of the switch cabinet are at the back and bottom of the closed cabinet, and the PE wires are connected with the cabinet frame, which not only makes the connection of the outlet cables more convenient, but also makes the grounding more reliable.


9. Without reducing the protection level, the top of the switch cabinet and the upper and lower ventilation doors are equipped with ventilation systems.


Circuit component selection


The components in the switchgear are mainly selected with advanced technical performance indicators or imported technology, domestic electrical components that have been mass-produced.


1. Main switch


630A and above power inlet and feeder switch, the main selection is TGW45 series or HSW1, CM1(2), CW1(2) RMW1 series. At the same time, according to the needs of users, imported MT series, E series or NZW series can also be selected.


2. For feeder and motor control shutoffs below 630A, CM1 series and HSM1 series are mainly used. According to user needs, imported NS series, T series and other plastic case circuit breakers can also be used.


3. AC contactors mainly choose B or A series, LC1 series, 3TB series contactors, as well as matching thermal circuit breakers and interlocking mechanisms.


4. The circuit transformer chooses ALH series, BH series, SDII series, LMZ1 series.


5. The fuse selects the NTOO series with high breaking capacity.
