MNS power distribution cabinet, MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) In order to meet the needs of the development of the electric power industry, the low-voltage switchgear is designed and developed with reference to the foreign MNS series of low-voltage switchgear. This product conforms to the national standard GB7251 , VDE660 and ZBK36001-89 "low-voltage withdrawable switchgear", the international standard IEC439 stipulates that MNS type low-voltage switchgear meets the needs of various power supply and distribution, and can be widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, and municipal Construction and other low-voltage power distribution systems.


1. Power Distribution Center (hereinafter referred to as PC)


The PC cabinet is divided into four compartments:


Horizontal busbar compartment: at the rear of the cabinet; functional unit compartment: at the top of the front of the cabinet or on the left side of the front of the cabinet;


Cable compartment: in the lower part of the front of the cabinet or on the right side of the front of the cabinet; control circuit compartment: in the upper part of the front of the cabinet;


Separation measures: the horizontal busbar compartment and the functional unit compartment and the cable compartment are separated by melamine phenolic flat core plates or steel plates.


The control circuit compartment and the functional unit compartment are separated by a flame-retardant polyurethane foamed plastic molded cover.


The functional unit compartment on the left and the cable compartment on the right are separated by steel plates.


2. Withdrawable electric control center and small current power distribution center (hereinafter referred to as withdrawable MCC)


The draw-out MCC cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal bus compartment at the rear of the cabinet, the functional unit compartment at the left of the front of the cabinet, and the cable compartment at the right of the front of the cabinet. The horizontal bus compartment and the functional unit compartment are separated by a functional board made of flame-retardant foamed plastic, and the cable compartment is separated from the horizontal bus compartment and the functional unit compartment by steel plates.


3. Removable motor control center and small current power distribution center (hereinafter may be referred to as removable MCC)


3.1 The frame structure features of the portable MCC are the same as 2.1 and 2.2.


3.2 The functional unit is designed as a removable structure. The connection between the functional unit and the vertical bus adopts a single isolation contact. Even if the circuit connected to it is live, the functional unit can be completely taken out of the equipment and put back into the device. The other end It is a fixed structure.


3.3 The functional units of the portable MCC are divided into 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, 24E, 32E and 40E. The total height of the functional unit compartment is also 72E.


4 busbar system


4.1 The horizontal busbar is installed in an independent busbar compartment at the rear of the cabinet. It has two optional installation positions, namely one-third or two-thirds of the cabinet height. The busbar can be installed in the upper or lower part as required. Two groups of upper and lower can be installed at the same time, and the two groups of bus bars can be used alone or in parallel. Each phase bus bar consists of 2 or 8 bus bars in parallel. The bus bar cross-sections are 10×32×2, 10×60×2, 10×80×2, 10×60×4, 10×80×2×2 and 10× Six kinds of 60×4×2.


4.2 Vertical bus


Vertical busbar 50×30×5 "L"-shaped copper busbar, which is embedded in a functional board made of flame-retardant plastic. The protection of live parts reaches IP20.


4.3 Neutral bus (N line) and neutral protection bus (PE line or PEN line) The neutral bus and the neutral protection bus are installed in parallel in the lower part of the functional unit compartment and vertically in the cable room. N line and PE If the wires are separated by insulators, the N wire and PE wire are used separately, and if they are connected by a conductor, they form a PEN wire.
