2. Assembling, debugging, and on-site technical services of large equipment, the company will be led by the deputy chief engineer to provide on-site services to solve related problems;


3. During the warranty period, three guarantees will be implemented, and free services will occur if quality problems occur.


4. Establish product user files, regularly implement quality tracking and continuous improvement.


5. Adhere to the principle of "quality first, customer first", and give a reply within 2-4 hours after receiving the user's telephone call. When on-site cooperation is required, the technical staff will rush to the site for service.


6. Lifetime warranty, after the warranty period, only the cost of materials will be charged.
