KYN61A-40.5 miniaturized armored metal-enclosed switchgear is a new product recently designed and developed by Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. The cabinet frame is designed according to the metal enclosed armored removable structure, and the cabinet is equipped with a new type of fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker or sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, which improves the appearance quality and manufacturing accuracy, and shortens the production cycle. All normal operations of the switchgear can be carried out under the condition that the high-voltage compartment door is closed. This product meets the requirements of IEC-60298, GB3906, and DL404 standards, and has a complete "five prevention" function.
This switchgear is used in a 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz power system as the power distribution room of power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy; it has functions such as control, protection and monitoring of circuits. In addition to being widely used in general power systems, it can also be used in places with frequent operations. The use environmental conditions are in accordance with the normal use conditions specified in GB3906-91 ((3-35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear).

Normal use conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: -15℃~+40℃
2. Altitude: 1000m and below;
3. Humidity conditions:
The daily average value is not more than 95%, and the daily average value of water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2KPA.
The monthly average value shall not exceed 90%, and the monthly average value of water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kpa.
4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
5. There is no obvious pollution place such as corrosive or flammable gas.
