① The transformer should be closed for five full-voltage shocks, and no abnormal phenomena occur. The magnetizing inrush current should not cause the protection device to malfunction.
②Before the transformers are arranged in parallel, the phases should be checked first, and the phases should be consistent.
③Check all welds and joints of the transformer and the cooling device, there should be no oil leakage, and the transformer has no abnormal vibration or discharge sound.
④The trial run time is generally not less than 24h.
⑤ After the transformer has no abnormalities in trial operation, gradually increase the load and start running with load. After 24h with load, the main body and accessories of the transformer are normal, and the trial operation is over.
