The products are purchased directly from Jitai Company or its sales/agents.

The <Product Warranty Card> must be stamped by Jiangsu Jitai Power Equipment Co., Ltd.

The product itself is malfunctioning due to quality problems in design and manufacturing.

"Three Guarantees" service products must have a good appearance and complete accessories.

"Three Guarantees" paid service:

Failure caused by disassembling the product without permission.

Faults caused by improper operation or poor working environment and user power system wiring problems or overloaded use.

Damage caused by natural disasters.

Repair of products beyond the "three guarantees" period.

Non-"Jitai" brand products or counterfeit and inferior products do not belong to the scope of the above services.

For the equipment and products supporting the project, ensure that the quality and quantity are guaranteed in accordance with the contract requirements, and timely and accurate delivery. Technical professionals will be sent to participate in the unpacking inspection and acceptance and guide the installation and commissioning work until the equipment is in normal operation.

If users have requirements for equipment transformation, expansion, etc., Jitai will timely and accurately meet them, and can provide users with technical solutions for free.

During the "Three Guarantees" period, Jitai company guarantees to make an initial response within 4 hours of receiving user quality information feedback, guarantees to propose a solution within the time specified in the contract (usually within 12 hours), and arrive at the scene within 24 hours for major problems .

If the "Three Guarantees" are outside the limited period, Jitai will provide technical support and services outside the warranty period. Please call the toll-free hotline to obtain specific services.
